Why did we open up this side project?

Yes. Bring-your-own domain is in Early Access. We help you verify DNS and configure MX records in a guided flow.

How do you handle spam and abusive traffic?

We apply rate limits, reputation checks, and baseline content filtering. Add custom rules to drop or forward messages automatically.

What’s in the webhook payload?

A normalized JSON body with subject, text, HTML, headers, sender/recipient, and attachments metadata. Fetch the raw MIME if you need to inspect everything.

Can I replay a message to a webhook?

Yes — from the dashboard or API. Paid plans include automatic retries with backoff.

Where is data stored?

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. EU data residency is available on Pro and Scale plans.

How is pricing calculated beyond plan limits?
